Fancy a real fixer-upper?
This interesting property, located in Monrovia, California, US, looks like it would blow over if hit with a sharp gust of wind.
The humble bungalow made headlines when it was crushed by a tree in May with two renters and two dogs inside, as reported by Luxury Property News.

No one was injured but the tree took out the couple’s car, a fence and most of the home’s roof.
A video shows what’s left of the property, which looks like a post-apocalyptic set piece complete with missing walls, loose wires and no ceilings.
Some would call it unsalvageable but listing agent Kevin Wheeler said it has an “open-concept floor plan”.
According to the listing, the home boasts one bedroom and one bathroom.
While the electricity is turned off the plumbing still works.
And the back door, which the renters escaped through after the tree came down, still stands.
House-hunters can now bag the property for $499,999 (£382,000).
“It’s half a house for half a million,” Mr Wheeler said about the growing interest in the home. “That’s what everybody is reacting to.”
So if you’re up for the task and have plenty of spare time to rebuild, this could be for you.
