The two metre square retail kiosk is situated on the Promenade.
It experiences a high amount of pedestrian traffic a day.
This is due to being situated near the Blackpool Tower and being outside the front of the local Wetherspoons – called The Albert and the Lion.
In its current state the kiosk is described as an investment opportunity for buyers looking to profit on the city’s tourism.
The stall is now being offered on a new 999 year long leasehold basis, as reported by Luxury Property News.
The kiosk will feature at auction on 17 October at the Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, Nottingham.
Auction Estates, who are hosting the event, stated: “A rare opportunity to acquire a high yielding retail kiosk investment property fronting The Promenade, adjacent to the World famous Blackpool Tower, fully let and producing £8,000 per annum.
“The property is offered For Sale on a 999 year long leasehold basis at a peppercorn rent.
“It is let on a two year lease expiring 1st August 2026 at a rent of £8,000 per annum.”
