A three-bed detached home has hit the market for just £250,000 – but there’s a catch, as the one-of-a-kind property sits inside the grounds of a crematorium.

A three-bed hot property is on sale at just £250,000 but it’s inside a crematorium grounds.

It is described as a truly one-of-a-kind home in a “unique and peaceful position”.

The detached property is located within the grounds of Horsham Saint Faith Crematorium, near Norwich, Norfolk.

The property offers three reception rooms, a kitchen and a ground-floor WC.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a shower room and a further WC off the landing.

Outside, the house has off-road parking at the front and a lawned rear garden, as reported by Luxury Property News.

An agent’s note explains that work is currently underway to separate the house from the offices next door.

The gardens will also be clearly segregated from the crematorium.

The property is being marketed by Gilson Bailey for £250,000.
