A charming 400-year-old thatched pub steeped in history has gone up for sale for just £150,000, offering a rare chance to snap up a slice of the English countryside.

The Sandy Park Inn, located on the edge of the picturesque Devon village of Chagford, boasts a prime position beside the busy A382, a key route cutting through Dartmoor that draws in walkers, cyclists and tourists year-round.

Believed to date back several centuries and once owned by a British property and oil tycoon, the pub is packed with period charm, including exposed beams, flagstone floors and original fireplaces, as reported by Luxury Property News.
