Hollywood star Josh Brolin has put his luxury Georgia mansion on the market for just under $5 million after transforming the property into a secluded “Hollywood hideaway” for A-list stars filming nearby.
The Dune and Avengers actor, 58, and his wife Kathryn Boyd Brolin bought the sprawling estate in Sandy Springs in 2020 for around $3.25 million.
The couple reportedly used the lavish home as a peaceful escape from the spotlight of life in Los Angeles.
Now, they are looking to cash in on the luxury property, which has also reportedly been rented out for around $35,000 a month during busy production periods in Georgia, as reported by Luxury Property News.
The estate sits on around 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds and has been extensively upgraded into what estate agents describe as a private resort-style compound.
Inside, the main house boasts a dramatic two-storey living room, a formal dining area and a chef’s kitchen complete with a huge island and casual seating space.
Upstairs, several en-suite bedrooms are connected by a walkway overlooking the main living area, while the lower ground floor is dedicated to entertainment and wellness.
The property includes a private cinema room, gym, sauna and even a cold plunge area.
The primary bedroom suite has been described as an “oversized sanctuary”, featuring vaulted ceilings and its own private lounge space.

Brolin is best known for starring in No Country for Old Men, Sicario and for playing Thanos in Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame and the wider Avengers franchise.
The actor has become a familiar face in Atlanta’s booming film industry in recent years, where generous tax incentives have turned the city into a major hub for Hollywood productions.
Brolin has previously spoken about the appeal of the mansion as a quiet retreat while still remaining close to studios and filming locations across Georgia.
