The listing states that the successful bidder has the option to use the kiosk in multiple ways – as long as they themselves secure the relevant consents.

Unfortunately, the new owner will have quite the paint job on their hands with the box smothered in graffiti.
The box is located on the high street of the infamous Whitechapel, Tower Hamlets, East London, as reported by Luxury Property News.
Due to the area’s gritty history and gruesome links to Jack the Ripper, the phone box benefits from plenty of footfall.
The phone box will be heading to auction today (17 Oct) through Auction House London.
The kiosk has a guide price of anywhere between £5,000 and £10,000.
A spokesperson for Auction House London said: “A Grade II Listed Telephone Kiosk. Potential for a Variety of Uses – Subject to Obtaining all Relevant Consents.

“The kiosk is situated on the well-located and popular Whitechapel Road with millions of passers-by each year.
“The open spaces of Stepney Green Park are within easy reach.
“Transport links are provided by the busy Whitechapel underground (Elizabeth and Circle lines) and overground rail stations.”
