The Hollywood star purchased the Spanish-style estate in 2015 and later sold it in 2021 to be closer to her boyfriend of nearly four years, British TV host and automotive expert Ant Anstead.

She is believed to have bought the property for $3.35 million and sold it for $6.4 million, according to published reports.

Located in the Topanga Hills neighbourhood, the actress’ former abode is now officially up for grabs again.

It features four bedrooms and five bathrooms spread out across 4,414 square feet, as reported by Luxury Property News.

The ranch has private gates which open out onto a long, oak-shaded driveway that winds through natural boulders and lush meadows.

Offering breathtaking canyon and mountain views, the property features expansive lawns, hiking trails and beautifully crafted stone and tile patios.

The estate is said to be ideal for those seeking privacy and a vast, resort-like retreat just minutes from the Westside, Calabasas, and the beach.

The listing reads: “The home features four luxurious bedrooms, an enormous great room opening to the pool patio and sunset views, Venetian-plastered arches, authentic Spanish tiles, and wood-burning fireplaces built by a European stonemason.

“The spacious layout includes a grand living room, dining room, media room, and an office/mudroom adjacent to the chef’s kitchen, which is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, steel doors, and wood-beamed ceilings.
“A truly one-of-a-kind estate.”

The property is on sale with Gambino for $7,995,000 and viewings can be arranged via their website.
Zellweger shot to fame in the 90s and early 2000s after filming Bridget Jones’s Diary.
