The shelter measures 13 metres by three metres – or 43 feet by 10 feet.

It is not designed to be a residential property but could be a perfect workshop or store room.
It is in Downderry, near Torpoint, Cornwall which was a target for the Luftwaffe during WWII.
It is being auctioned by Clive Emson Auctioneers with a guide price of £25,000 as reported by Luxury Property News.

The shelter has previously been used for storage.
