Beach loving Brits can snap up their very own stretch of sandy shoreline for as little as £50,000.
Four plots on the coast are up for grabs at that price.
A large stretch is on the market for £250,000.

They are all in Skegness, Lincs and overlook the North Sea.
The plots of land add up to a whopping 83.7 acres in total.
And the biggest section waiting to be snapped up sits at 35.5 acres.
The smaller ones are as little as one acre.
The area is famous for tourist attractions such as Fantasy Island and Butlins holiday resort.
They are being sold by Poyntons Consultancy and advertised on Rightmove, as reported by Luxury Property News.
