You won’t believe what’s inside this seemingly ordinary abandoned British home

An abandoned home left on a suburban street that looks seemingly normal from the outside has been discovered covered wall-to-wall with 20,000 stuffed animal toys.

Explorer Ben Stevens went to the home to investigate its interior, after it was left to decay two years ago, reportedly following the owner’s death.

The 30-year-old was completely shocked at what he found upon entering the bungalow.

From the floor-to-ceiling, every single room contained dozens of toys, including dolls and plush teddies.

Even rooms such as the bathroom and kitchen had mountains of plushies lining the walls.

Ben found the property, located in Cambridgeshire, close to his own home after checking Google Maps.

“The atmosphere in the house is quite eerie,” Ben, from Cambridge, UK, told Luxury Property News.

“From the outside, it just looks like a normal house and then you go inside.

“You’re met with every single room filled with thousands and thousands of toys.

“I’m talking floor to ceiling.

“They’re all over the floor as well so you’re walking through the house and you’re stepping on toys and they’re singing and playing music.

“It was really creepy and quite eerie.”

Taking a wild guess, Ben estimates that there are over 20,000 toys occupying the home in total.

Images and videos at the scene show the extent of the unusual collection.

The toys appear to vary in size and appearance.

One image reveals a gigantic stack in which two bears can be seen poking out with heart shapes stitched to them that read ‘I love you’.

Ben said: “I’d say there were probably more than 20,000 toys in there, it was insane.

“I don’t even know how somebody was able to live in the home.

“Every room was very creepy and was filled with toys, even the bathroom and the kitchen.”

Ben visits different countries across the globe exploring abandoned Locations.

He says this was one of the best houses he has ever visited.

The home still stands deserted and the explorer is not aware of what the future may hold for the property.

He said: “I visit places all over the world but for England, this was one of the best houses I’ve been to.

“The house remains abandoned and has been that way for a while, it isn’t up for sale or anything.”

Ben, who regularly shares his findings with others online, has left viewers mesmerised by the space.
