And, of course, it is home to 90 ‘dinosaurs’.

The “highly profitable” park, located in Gumfreston, Tenby, dates back to 1994 and is available to buy for the first time.
The current owners, who named it The Dinosaur Park, have decided to retire and are looking for a new custodian for their much-loved business.
Listing images show various themed areas across the site, including a race track, large play park, bumper boats, maze, and trampoline park.

Alongside the car park, the site spans 33.3 acres, as reported by Luxury Property News.
120 acres of additional land surrounding the park, plus a three-bedroom bungalow, are also available to buy by separate negotiation.
The listing cites the gross profit from the March 2025 management accounts as just over £1 million – meaning it could be a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to take on the site.

The property is available with Christie & Co for £3,999,950.
The park is currently operating as normal, and the owners plan to run the business and welcome new visitors until it changes hands – with tickets priced at £17.95 for adults, and £16.50 for children aged 3-15.
