A three-bedroom house has gone on the market for the relatively budget price of £200,000 in Buckinghamshire – but it’s hiding a secret.
While the home is unassuming from the outside, with a rather fresh painted exterior and clear front garden and drive, it’s a different story inside.
Listing images for the High Wycombe home show a completely gutted interior, with crumbling walls, open ceilings and almost no flooring.

It is unclear if the property has been involved in an incident, which could explain its shocking state.
Lightbulbs hang loosely from the ceiling, while the windows appear almost completely covered in dust.
Debris is scattered around the home, which the listing describes as “requiring modernisation”.
The kitchen is equally desolate, with broken and ripped out cabinets, and a bashed-looking oven some of the only remaining items in the room.
Heading upstairs, the bedrooms are in a sorry state, with the flooring removed but curtains still remaining.
The garden outside can be seen overgrown and unkempt, while the front garden and driveway look relatively well groomed.
Set across two floors, the home boasts three bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen-diner, utility room and second WC.
According to Rightmove, the average house price for a property in High Wycombe is £373,516, while semi-detached homes sell for an average of £407,802, reports Luxury Property News.
While this could make the property quite a bargain, it will need plenty of work to bring it up to liveable standards.
The listing indicates the house is being sold by Buckinghamshire Council.
The property is currently available with McHugh & Co for £200,000, and is due to be sold by online auction on 29 October.
