A trio of cottages have gone on the market for £15 million – but they come with an enormous amount of land.
The farming estate comes with a whopping 2,837 acres in Snowdonia National Park.
The sprawling area includes lodges and cottages – three of which are operated as high-end holiday lets – as well as farm buildings and scope for “further development and diversification options”.

Called the Nannau Estate, it is one of the most significant rural holdings in the region and is situated within the coastal hills above Afon Mawddach.

Bounded by the Afon Mawddach to the west and encompassing the Foel Offrwm and Rhobel Fawr mountains, it boasts a stunning rural location, as reports Luxury Property News.
The current owners have made temporary accommodation for themselves on the site, with scope for the new owners to develop a main residence.
There are eight further residential properties on the site, as well as a farming and forestry business “operating at scale”, and the holiday cottages – all of which are included in the bumper sale.
The estate is currently available with Savills for £15 million.
