A tiny studio flat is being let for £1,560-a-month near Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge stadium even though it’s smaller than a six-yard box.
The pad is so minuscule the bed is on a raised platform above part of the kitchen.
It is accessed via a steep, wooden ladder in the lounge area.

But there isn’t much head room so tenants would have to crouch down when getting in and out of bed.

There isn’t even enough room for a TV and there is only a little sofa and coffee table.
The main part of the bedsit is 7.22 metres by 3.66 metres so has an area of 26.43 metres square.

But the six-yard box on a football pitch is 100.65 metres square – 18.3 metres by 5.5 metres.
The studio flat is in Oakley Street just off posh King’s Road, Chelsea, west London.

It is just under a mile from the Blues’ 40,000-capacity ground.
Tenants would also need to stump up a £1,800 deposit and have to stay for at least six months.

Pets are banned and there is no garden.
But there is a parking space and it does come furnished.
Only some bills are included.
It is being let on OpenRent, as reported on Luxury Property News.

The listing reads: “A ground floor studio apartment with modern fittings and mezzanine sleeping area in a fantastic location just off the Kings Road, Chelsea SW3.
