A three-bedroom house has hit the market for just £12,000 – but there’s a pretty big catch.
The property, located in Blackpool, Lancashire, is covered in bird poo.
A serious pigeon infestation at the home has left the walls, furniture and floors completely coated in faeces.

It’s so bad that it is currently unable to be viewed, as reported by Luxury Property News.
The abode will need a full “strip and refit” so if you have the stomach for a big clean-up, this could be the passion project for you.
The house is set to be sold by Network Auctions Limited, Watford, by public auction on Thursday 5 December 2024, with a guide price of £12,000.
This is not the first time a Blackpool property suffered a pigeon takeover.
Another three-bedroom home previously hit the market at just £65,000.
But the small price came with big consequences, as that property was also brimming with pigeon poo, mould and debris.
