A stunning home that was once lived in by Joe Jonas has hit the market for an eye-watering £4.7million ($5.9million).
The Jonas Brothers band member is a well-known singer-songwriter and actor who rocketed to fame in 2007 after he and his brothers, Nick and Kevin, signed with Disney’s Hollywood Records.
Throughout the years, Joe has moved all over the US.
But one of his favourite abodes is in Manhattan – and now it’s up for sale, as reported by Luxury Property News.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom property spans across 2,907 sq ft and was designed to give an open-concept living atmosphere.

As a result, the living room, kitchen and dining area are bathed in natural light.

By entering through the keyed elevator to your own private landing, the grand foyer opens to the chef’s kitchen, featuring SieMatic cabinetry, Imperial Danby marble, an entertainer’s island and top-of-the-line Miele appliances.

The huge living room has custom walnut shelving and the separate dining room features a custom coffee bar in walnut and viola marble.
Both areas flow seamlessly together with Bocci lighting fixtures that illuminate the already bright space.

The sprawling 1,450 sqft private terrace also offers the perfect space for outdoor living and dining, with direct access from both the primary suite and living room.
The listing adds: “The secluded primary bedroom boasts a massive walk-in closet and a beautiful en-suite bath with a tiled shower and soaking tub.

“The two additional guest suites enjoy eastern exposures, ample closet space, and privacy from the rest of the home.
“Additional highlights include generous guest rooms (one with an en-suite bath), custom oak floors, Daikin central air, and ample storage throughout.

“It is a boutique luxury building with only 11 units, a 24-hour doorman, and a landscaped rooftop terrace, all in the heart of one of Manhattan’s most beloved neighbourhoods.”
While the home’s listing doesn’t mention Jonas, the celebrity property site, Robb Report, states he bought the home in 2018, before selling it in 2024 for £ 4.3 million ($ 5.4 million).

The current owners have since remodelled the premises, with the help of interior designer Sarah Ivory, and are now asking for £4.7million ($5.9million).

The property features on Compass and is presented by Carl Gambino.
