A stunning 3,000 acre estate on the banks of Loch Lomond is for sale for just over £4million.
It comes with a farmhouse overlooking the famous water and the right to go boating on it.
The land is conservation area rich in stunning ancient and native woodlands – one of the largest in Scotland.

The Cashel Estate, north west of Glasgow, is being sold by Goldcrest Land & Forestry Group.
It already has a visitor centre and five walking trails.
Potential buyers could expand it as a tourist attraction – including glamping holidays, as reported by Luxury Property News.
It went on the market today (28 Jun) for £4,085,000.
A Goldcrest Land & Forestry Group spokesperson said: “Established at the turn of the century as a demonstration forest illustrating best practice, it is now one of the largest and oldest of the ‘new’ native woodlands in Scotland.
“Including oak, birch, ash, aspen, alder, gean, hazel, holly, juniper, willow and Scots pine. These stand alongside significant areas of ancient oakwood.
“Cashel also offers diverse natural capital assets including mixed ecosystems, biodiversity, carbon storage and peatland.
“The property includes a farmhouse with outstanding views over Loch Lomond and the right to launch a boat on the loch.”
A proportion of the revenue generated by a hydroelectricity scheme on the estate is paid to the owner of Cashel
