A River Thames tug boat has been transformed into a three-bedroom floating home – and it could be yours for £650,000.
The boat has one bathroom and one living room as well as all the necessary features of a normal house including electricity, sewerage, and water.
And similar homes on dry land in the neighbourhood are fetching more than £ 1 million, as reported by Luxury Property News.

The houseboat is located in the upmarket area of Kensington Wharf in Chelsea, London.
Kings Road and Sloane Square are just a stone’s throw away.
The tug is stooped in history and dates back to 1946, with a 23-year residential lease being part of the package deal.
But you won’t be able to get on the move as the engine and gearbox are no more.
The boat measures 23.39 metres ‘in the beam’ and comes with a riveted steel hull.
The three bedrooms are on the lower deck of the houseboat.
The living space and deck are upstairs.
But there is a sneaky hidden mooring charge that will set buyers back by £9,800.
The mooring for residents is subject to a 25-year lease that commenced in 2021.
River Homes is selling the boat for £650,000.
