A private island in the Maldives is up for sale, but it will set the buyer back a cool £33.7million.
The remote isle is 33,437 sq m — the size of three football pitches.
It has its own sandy beaches and is surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise waters.

But it is set to have a villa complex built on it.
The main building will be the home of the master suite, living area, and an infinity pool.
There will be a raised walkway to link it to a gym.
Two guest villas are on the blueprints, plus plans to add two more.
But it costs 112 times the price of the average house in the UK, which is £299,000.
It is located just off Medhufaru in the Noonu Atoll and is known as North Island.
It is the only single-residence island to exist in the wider Maldives, located 200 miles off the coast of India.
It is being sold by David Britton International, as reported by Luxury Property News.
