Iconic car manufacturer Pagani is joining the likes of Bentley, Aston Martin and Bugatti, swapping the open road for property.
Pagani Residences is launching a line of 70 waterfront properties, including two penthouses that are hitting the market for £22.6m and £21.5m, as reported by Luxury Property News.
And one of their supercars is thrown in for good measure.

Pagani’s ‘crown jewel’ penthouses sit atop the 28th and 29th floors of the tower.

They were hand-crafted by Horatio Pagani and his design team, who are responsible for the visually striking look of the flash motors.
Penthouse 01 spans 12,200 sq ft – 7,000 of which is inside – with five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Penthouse 02 offers 10,700 sq ft – 6,100 inside – with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Owning the penthouse pads in Miami, Florida, US comes with some unique perks, too.

The model differs from the original, taking design cues from the Pagani Penthouses and boasting a striking blue paint job.

A Pagani spokesperson said: “Buyers will also be flown to Modena, Italy, for a private Horacio Pagani Museo tour and Atelier experience, culminating in a personal meeting with Horacio Pagani and Pagani Arte team.”
“Penthouse owners will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with them to personalize their residences, making each home as singular as the car that accompanies it.”

The penthouses also come with special private access to the tower’s amenities, including a gym, waterfront spa on the 29th floor, rooftop pool, restorative lounge and sky lounge featuring both hot and cold plunges.
Pagani said: “Residents will be able to enjoy the full suite of white-glove services at Pagani Residences, seamlessly blending work, leisure, and connection.”
Listings for an apartment within the tower start £2.8m.
