A London landlord is flogging a double bedroom for £2,400 a month.
The shocking advert states that it will cost £1,200 each for two people.
The OpenRent listing even notes that the room can be used for triple occupancy.

But this will likely cost £3,600 in total.
The flat itself has no living room and instead features a shared kitchen with a built-in living room area.

It is also not specified how many bedrooms there are in total, as reported by Luxury Property News.
The property is a five-minute walk to both Paddington and Marylebone stations.

The listing description reads: “Ensuite Room, suitable for up to three people. Price for double occupancy.
“Supermarkets, bus stop, train station, coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy, local food store, laundry, [and] take away food stores [are] around on the corner.
“[It’s] five minutes walk to Paddington Station and Marylebone Station. Opposite of Edgware Road Station.

“Please feel free to contact for further information.”
The ad also states that the washing machine and dryer are free for residents to use.
The room is available for one to five months but the landlord has said they can be contacted for longer term lets.
