It’s no secret that the London housing market is far from ideal, but it’s latest offering may raise a few eyebrows.

For £250,000, a trio of garages has hit the market – measuring just 607 sq ft / 56 sq m.

However, the garages – located in Limes Gardens, south west London – boasts a selling point: ‘ultrafast’ broadband.

Described as an “investment sale”, the pricey find is being marketed by Douglas and Gordon – Southfields & Earlsfield, reports Luxury Property News.
