A studio has become available to rent in north London for £1,000 per month – but there’s a catch.
Despite the hefty price tag, the flat doesn’t come with a rather basic staple of the home: a bed.
While it has recently been refurbished, with light and bright, neutral furnishings, it comes furnished with a sofa which can pull out into a double bed to sleep two.

The studio, which is located in Harlesden, is suitable for one person or a couple, according to the listing, which features on Luxury Property News.

But it isn’t entirely without perks.
The ground floor home is described as “very spacious”, with a newly-tiled shower and toilet, plus a mini kitchen area for private use.
The new tenant will also access the larger kitchen in the building, which will be shared with three other people.

A large shared garden is also available for use, and the water bill and electricity in the shared kitchen are covered by the landlord – though the tenant will be responsible for the electricity in their own space.
The flat is a short distance from Harlesden tube station, where you can get to central London (Paddington) in 12 minutes.
The property is currently available on OpenRent for £1,000 per month.
