You now have the opportunity to own a pub in the UK’s “most popular holiday spot”.
Cornwall – known for its sandy beaches and great surf – nabbed the impressive title earlier this week in a survey, even beating buzzing London, which landed in the third spot.
But why just holiday somewhere, when you can buy a pub there instead?

The iconic Driftwood Spars dates back to the 1600s and still has many of its traditional features, as reported on Luxury Property News.

It’s quite a large pub, too – able to accommodate 90 covers inside, 60 outside and 15 ensuite letting bedrooms.

And there’s a large flat for the manager, too.
Based in St Agnes, a coastal village on the county’s north coast, the pub also has a clifftop garden with Atlantic Ocean views over Trevaunance Cove.

The popular pub also has its own brewery and a ‘Crib Shack’ with picnic benches, as well a privately-owned car park with space for 50 vehicles.
According to the ad, you can expect “exceptional turnover and profits”.
The area is popular with surfers and holiday-goers alike, with Chapel Porth Beach and its rock pools round the corner, too.
As for the financials, the freehold price has been set at £3.5m and the property is up for sale with Charles Darrow.
