Fancy owning a piece of music history? It comes in the form of a boat.
A west London houseboat, where Groove Armada used to record their hits, has gone up for sale at £325,000.
Moored in Lots Ait, Brentford, the vessel is a 1930 Belgian Spitz barge named Vrouwe Anna.

Measuring 29.4m by 6m, the current owner, Oliver Skipworth, bought the boat from Andy Cato, who is one half of the English electronic music duo.
Cato and his music partner Tom Findlay have made several big hits over the years, since releasing their first album in 1988, including ‘Superstylin,’ ‘Easy’ and ‘I See You Baby.’
Oliver Skipworth claims that after speaking to Andy, he found out that the band also used the boat as a recording studio.
‘Northern Star’ was reportedly recorded there, as was ‘At The River’ – with both inspired by the Vrouwe Anna and her gorgeous surroundings.
Oliver bought the boat in 2013 and it still has Groove Armada’s patch system and speakers, as reported by Luxury Travel Daily.
It is currently berthed at Lot’s Ait on a residential mooring licence which can be assigned upon purchase.
Mooring charges are £1,500 per month, plus a maintenance fee of £400.
The boat, which is presented in impeccable condition, offers two double cabins and a further single cabin.
It is mostly decorated with an oak and dark wood interior with leather detailing and a beautiful skylight.
Other impressive features include an 37 ft open plan kitchen to the saloon reception room, panelled wheel house with panoramic views of the River Thames and benefits from excellent built in storage throughout.
There is also communal garden area nearby.
Brentford national rail station is an 11-minutes away and Kew Bridge national rail station can be reached in 13 minutes.
For any motorists, the A4 is a mere five-minute drive away whilst Chiswick and Richmond are also close by.
The Vrouwe Anna is available for viewing with River Homes.
