It’s split into five huge sections, each with its own purpose, from livestock grazing to mountain ranges and rivers.

For over 120 years, the same family has owned most of the land, originally granted as homesteads by the US government.
Parts of it have never even been sold before, as reported by Luxury Property News.
As well as vast pastures, the ranch boasts miles of private river frontage, creeks, springs, and senior water rights.
Wildlife is abundant too – with 15,000 antelope, elk, deer, predators, fish and wildfowl calling the land home.
The listing from Court Merrigan at LandVest: Christie’s International Real Estate describes it as: “A kingdom unto itself…a rare opportunity to acquire a masterpiece of the American West.”
Buyers can snap up the entire property or purchase it in separate units.
