A four-bed house is on market for £125,000…with a Steven Gerrard mural on the wall.
The semi-detached pad is in the shadows of Liverpool’s Anfield stadium.
It looks like any normal home with a kitchen, dining room and lounge on the ground floor.
The home has four bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor.
The converted loft also provides a bonus room.
But the real standout feature is a huge painting of the Reds legend on the outside wall.
The mural reads: “It always means more when you win for your people”.
It is located in Liverpool, Merseyside and being sold by Pattinson Estate Agents.
The house is on Rightmove, as reported by Luxury Property News.
The listing makes no mention of the artwork.
It reads: “Here’s a golden opportunity awaiting your savvy touch.
“Nestled near the iconic Liverpool FC football stadium, this four-bedroom home beckons with promise.
“With no chain and vacant possession, the canvas is yours to refurbish and transform into a lucrative rental property.
“Imagine the allure of this Location for football enthusiasts and tourists alike, seeking accommodation close to the heart of the action.
“Whether it’s match days or simply the vibrant energy of the area, this property holds immense potential for rental income.”
Gerrard, who now manages Al-Ettifaq, in Saudi Arabia, joined Liverpool’s academy at just nine years of age and made his debut for the club in 1998.
He played 504 times for the club and scored 104 goals.
He later went on to manage Rangers and Aston Villa after a successful career at Anfield.
