With wooden beams, white render and woodland setting, two-bedroom Melrose Cottage looks like it is straight from the pages of a children’s book.

It was originally located in Shobdon, Herefordshire but was dismantled piece-by-piece by previous owners.

They rebuilt it ten miles away in Yarpole, near Ludlow in 1976.

The current owner has used the property as a second home since the 1990s and has made improvements throughout, as reported by Luxury Property News.

They are now selling it.
