A storybook bungalow that once belonged to Hollywood actor Robert Duvall has hit the market for a cool $2m (£1.5m).
Known as The Dove House, the two-bed, two-bath home was originally designed in the early 1920s, as reported by Luxury Property News.
The 1,215 sq ft bungalow is made up of charming interiors, including high ceilings, arched hallways, solid white oak floors and french doors.
And it used to be home to The Godfather star.
While the home’s listing doesn’t directly mention Duvall, the celebrity property website Robb Report claims he lived in it with his Argentine actress and director wife Luciana Pedraza for nearly 13 years, from 2005 to 2018.
The 93-year-old actor and filmmaker is a California local and was born in San Diego before moving to Hollywood when he reached fame.
The property was reportedly purchased from the actor in 2018 for $1.7m (£1.3m).
And it’s now back up for sale.
The West Hollywood property is minutes away from Beverly Hills and a 15-minute drive to Santa Monica.
The exterior features a terracotta design with arched wood gates that swing open to reveal a Spanish style courtyard with a stone walkway and stunning fountain.
The property has a sunken living room, placed beneath a coved ceiling with a cosy fireplace and TV.
There is also a formal dining room, as well as a kitchen with seating and Fisher & Paykel appliances.
Down the hallway there is the primary suite, decorated in florals, and a half-bath with a single sink.
The second bedroom has white and blue accents, as well as a full shower bathroom.
The lush grounds are filled with roses, ivy, jasmine and bougainvilleas, and there is a waterfall-fed, heated lap pool.
There are also several spots for lounging and entertaining, making it the perfect place to hold an Apocalypse Now themed BBQ.
The house comes with a detached one-car garage and an uncovered parking space for an additional vehicle.
The property features on Carolwood Estates and is up for sale with Real Estate Brokers David Yadegaran, Somi Bahmani and Davis Saadian.
