The green, corrugated metal shack on a sandy beach is 12ft 4inch by 10ft.

It does have a balcony and a curtained off changing area.

But there is no seating or kitchenette.

It is located on Porth Mawr beach, in Abersoch, Gwynedd, north Wales, as reported by Luxury Property News.

It is listed with estate agent Beresford Adams.
