The run-down timber and corrugated metal former boat shed is in the village of Horning, near Norwich, in the Norfolk Broads National Park, as reported by Luxury Property News.

Its listing states: “Former boathouse or storage unit requiring restoration.

“A rare opportunity to acquire this former boathouse situated on the main A1062 road, a stone’s throw away from the boating area known as Crabbetts Marsh in the Norfolk Broadland village of Horning.

Auction House East Anglia had previously had the building for sale with a guide price of £25,000 to £35,000.

The property failed to sell at auction in June.

Now it is listed with a reduced guide price of £15,000 – £25,000.

The village of Horning dates back to pre-Norman Conquest.

It is described as the prettiest village on the Broads.
