A derelict old school building with no roof has gone on sale for just £40,000.
The crumbling property is now little more than a ruin.
Only fragments of its walls remain, with the rest covered in graffiti and overgrown with weeds.

It was once a school house where a staff member would have lived.

Estate agents Phipps & Pritchard are putting the plot up for auction.
It is being advertised on Rightmove, as reported by Luxury Property News.
The triangular site sits off Dowles Road in Bewdley near Kidderminster and can only be reached by a bridle path.

The roofless remains are surrounded by woodland.
The description reads: “A very rare opportunity to purchase your very own slice of Bewdley history.
“We are bringing to market a freehold parcel of land which lies to the north-east of Severn Heights Dowles Road, Bewdley.

“A triangular plot which housed the former school house, the footprint of which now being quite dilapidated so remains of the original structure – no roof, partial wall structure, internal and external.
