A beach hut has hit the market for a whopping £120,000 but seaside lovers will still have to wait for the loo.
Despite its huge price tag, the coastal property does not feature a toilet.
The new owner will still need to queue up for the public bogs situated on the seafront.

The hut is just over 6 feet wide and equipped with handy features for a day at the beach.

The spot is located on Avon Beach, Mudeford, near Christchurch, Dorset, and is just a few metres from the water.
It boasts the most expensive beach huts in the UK.
The new owner will have access to a kitchen kitted out with a fridge, two gas hobs, a sink and plenty of cupboard space.

The snug hut also has an area for seating, with the hut stretching back over 13ft.
The property has an annual license fee of £1,100 on top of its initial price tag.
The current owner has spent the last two years attempting to sell the beach hut, as reported by Luxury Property News.

The £120,000 property was first listed in July 2023 through Mitchells Estate Agents.
Owners of huts on the UK’s most expensive beach are currently blaming hikes in rates and taxes for a slump in the market.
It has remained unsold for nearly two years.

The majority of beach huts don’t have toilets, but bigger ones can accommodate them.
A spokesperson for Mitchells stated: “A front line beach hut measuring 13’2 x 6’2 with good kitchen and seating area, fitted with an integrated fridge, two burner gas hob and a sink unit as well as plenty of storage cupboards.
“Beautiful views across to the Isle of Wight, down to Hengistbury Head, as well as only a few metres onto the beach itself.
“Within minutes’ walk of the shop, fish and chip shop, restaurant and toilet facilities.”
