You could nab this one and live out your seaside dreams.
But it won’t come cheap, as reported by Luxury Property News.
In fact, priced at £175,000, it will cost you more than a two-bedroom family home in Manchester.

The beach hut, which is described as a “terraced bungalow” located in Teignmouth, Devon, is described in the listing as a “once in a lifetime opportunity”.
The hut leads directly out on to the beach, providing waterside views.
It also has both front and back access.
There’s power, as well as a kitchen, so you could even cook your own fish and chips looking out to the River Teign.
Dart and Partners, in Teignmouth, said the huts have been hitting six figure sums for years and rarely come up for sale as many have been in the same family for generations.
And the real prize isn’t the beach hut itself – but the sandy beach beneath it.
In fact, the last one sold for more than a quarter of a million pounds.
The agent even noted that a two-bedroom cottage located further up the beach was sold for £675,000 just last year.
And an “estuary facing apartment” in the nearby Morgan’s Quay development sold for more than £600,000.
But for less than the sum of the beach hut, you could nab a two-bedroom house in Manchester for just £105,000.
So what will it be – a beach hut in the south or a whole house in the north?
