With a layout of 20x30ft, the house is surprisingly spacious inside and is customisable with up to four bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and an open-plan design allowing room for a lounge and dining area.
The pad is made of metal and steel, meaning it should stand up well in harsh weather, as reported by Luxury Property News.
The home has also been made with “space saving” in mind and is engineered to maximise efficiency, making it ideal for small lots, temporary housing or a compact vacation retreat.
Buyers will even have the option to choose the exterior of the abode, and one is camouflage.
The home has a ‘fold and build’ design, meaning it can be disassembled and moved around.
