Amazon is selling customisable tiny pre-fab homes for less than £14,500.
There are a range of styles you can choose from but the main one is a modernist cylindrical shape in white.
It sleeps just two people, with enough space to fit a double bed.
The rest of the square footage in the room is taken up with a desk and chair, a large cupboard with two drawers for storage and a basin with a mirror.

There is also a fridge, with a kettle and an air-conditioning unit.
A separate area houses the bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

There is also a larger sized prefab home available with a more substantial kitchen – and more space on top allowing for a roof terrace.

Another design has an upstairs area and a terrace, with its funky orange and black materials giving it standout appeal.

According to the listing, the model homes are energy-efficient and made from sustainable materials to reduce environmental impact, as reported by Luxury Property News.

Designed to be cosy, and built for fast setup and mobility the plans were created by a professional machinery manufacturer.
It is not clear whether the homes come furnished, however the manufacturer states it will provide guidance to buyers on how to operate the property.

And as it’s a pre-fabricated home, there are no limits on location – that is completely up to the buyer.
