A former police station, complete with its original cells, could be yours for just £95,000 after the price was slashed.
The quirky property, known as Old Police Station, is a Grade II listed building and once served as the headquarters for local officers.
Although it still has four original cells, the listing says the property has the potential to be converted into a six-bedroom home.

Inside, there’s office space, a kitchen and a toilet, while outside, three courtyards provide space to enjoy the fresh air.

One of the cells is even being used as a WC.
The property, in Dolgellau, Wales, is being advertised by Walter Lloyd Jones & Co, as reported by Luxury Property News.
Originally listed in April 2024 at £195,000, the price has now been slashed by £100,000.

The listing says: “Old Police Station is a handsome Grade II Listed property of traditional stone construction under a slated roof.
“Offering deceptively spacious accommodation, which has been used as offices during recent years.
“The property is in very good order with gas-fired central heating throughout.

“Being the former town Police Station, the property retains the four police cells, three of which still have the original cell doors with inspection hatches.
“Although being sold as seen, any buyer may wish to explore the opportunity of turning the property into a home or similar.

“It should be noted that the vendor will not be exploring a change of use and will be sold as commercial office space.
“The accommodation comprises an entrance lobby, main hallway, three ground floor offices and four former cells (one currently a toilet), first floor landing, five further offices, kitchen and toilet.

“Externally, there are three courtyards.
“The property would suit a variety of uses; however, these would all be subject to change of use/planning permission.”
