The property, in Dronfield, near Chesterfield, is being advertised by Saxton Mee, as reported by Luxury Property News.

Inside, it boasts a reception hall with new front doors, an open-plan living and dining kitchen with shiny new appliances, a brand-new bathroom, rear conservatory and an en suite in one of the bedrooms.
