A tiny studio flat is being let for £2,070 per month – but tenants have to sleep on a bunk bed in the kitchen.
The pokey pad – which is for three people to share – has one large lounge with a sofa and armchair in it.
It doubles up as the dining room with a table and chairs in it.

There is also a wardrobe for clothes storage and a bookshelf behind the TV.
On top of that is a make-shift sleeping area with a double bed accessed via a set of wooden steps.
But the other two tenants will have to bed down on bunks next to the oven in the kitchenette area.
Such is the shortage of space that there is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
The bedsit is in Hatton Wall, Farringdon, East London and is being advertised on OpenRent.
The listing makes no mention of the odd sleeping arrangements, as reported on Luxury Property News.

But pets are allowed on the property.
