The venue boasts a bar, dance floor and stage area.

Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, a lounge, a bathroom and a kitchen.
But it is looking for a new owner to take over the nightclub in High Wycombe, Bucks.
However, there is a small issue.

Potential buyers just pay a quid for the leasehold.
The new owner will need to take on an annual rent of £42,000, as reported by Luxury Property News
The description says the nightclub is already closed, but has a “loyal customer base.”
It’s being advertised by Christie & Co and advertised on Rightmove.

The venue also holds a 3am late license.
The description says: “The Phoenix is a well-established late-night bar and live music venue with a strong reputation in the alternative and indie music scenes.
“The property comprises a two-storey building with a traditional pub frontage and a versatile layout suited to both bar and performance use.

“It recently hosted the popular Phoenix Fest, demonstrating its continued appeal and capacity for high-energy events.
“The landlord is willing to offer a new 20-year free of tie lease with an annual rent of £42,000 per year.”
