A tiny beach hut in a tourist hotspot is on the market for a whopping £110,000 – £8,000 more than a two-bed flat just 10 minutes away.
The pint-sized pad, in Christchurch, Dorset, measures just 13ft 2in by 6ft 2in – smaller than the flat’s living room – but boasts cracking coastal views and is just metres from the sand.

Inside, there is a combined kitchen and seating area, complete with an integrated fridge, two-burner gas hob, sink, and storage cupboards, as reported by Luxury Property News.

Meanwhile, over in Bargates, a two-bed apartment with a living room measuring 15ft 11in by 13ft 2in is up for grabs for £102,000 – and it’s got actual walls you can live in year-round.

The UK average price for a beach hut is £39,382, meaning this seaside shack costs nearly three times more than most.
Buyers will have to decide if the view is worth the extra wedge.
