How about ordering one online?

Amazon is selling the home with an “expandable folding structure” – which you can apparently easily transport and install on a piece of land within mere hours.

The 20ft modular house is made from metal and weighs 14,000lbs.
It can be used for many purposes, whether you fancy erecting your own holiday home or putting it up in your garden as a standalone unit for your adult child who just won’t move out.
It comes with a built-in bathroom, too.

This includes a toilet, shower and plumbing system – though it’s not entirely clear how easy this is to install, as reported by Luxury Property News.
While the “container” home comes with the basics, the listing makes it clear that the advertised price is “not final”.

So be prepared to fork out a little more for customisation.
