A gentlemen’s club that has hosted a Love Island star and is fully licensed to party until 4 am has hit the market for just £75,000.

Clubbers can now get their hands on their own nightlife hub as Mirage is looking for a new owner.

The two-room spot comes with a bar and dancefloor which is fully equipped with poles.

The nightclub also has a rare Sexual Entertainment Venue license that is renewed annually.

The license allows entertainment that is provided solely or principally for the purpose of sexually stimulating the audience.

For the last 17 years, the venue has been family run and open two nights a week.

The warehouse-style property triples as a bar, nightclub and gentlemen’s club.

An enclosed smoking area can also be found at the back of the venue, located on Broad Street in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

In 2024, Love Island star Toby Aromolaran made a guest appearance at the club where he met fans for photo opportunities.

Fleurets Limited listed the property on 16 July, as reported by Luxury Property News.

A spokesperson for the estate agents said: “The property is situated in a warehouse-style property and is arranged over ground and first floors, with glazed entrance onto Broad Street and the main trading area being at first floor.

“It is configured to provide a two-room operation and is fitted out to a good standard, and has the added benefit of an enclosed smoking area to the rear.

“The business has been family operated since 2008 and is one of only two late-night venues within Banbury itself.

“It has the benefit of a rare 4 am licence and also has the benefit of a Sexual Entertainment Venue licence, which is renewed annually.

“The venue is well proportioned as a two-room operation and is currently only traded two days a week, offering the operator the potential to extend trading days further.”
