The space – big enough for a Porsche 911 and a motorbike – is located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

But for the same price you could buy three houses in the cheapest place to buy a house in the UK.
In Shildon, Co Durham – near Middlesbrough – the average pad costs just £50,000.
So as well as having three properties, you’d also have £30,000 to spare.

It’s situated in York House Place in “one of the most desirable residential locations in the world.”
Its closest stations are High Street Kensington Station and Notting Hill Gate Station
The description reads: “This larger than average secure corner car parking space is for sale in one of the most desirable residential locations in the world.
“These spaces are exclusively reserved for residents of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to offer convenient, stress free parking in a secure facility with lift.”
