YouTuber-turned-boxer star Jake Paul has snapped up a sprawling ranch for $39m using his earnings from fight with Mike Tyson.
The 28-year-old’s purchase has ticked off a longstanding bucket list wish of his.
Post-fight in November, he admitted that he had wanted to buy a ranch for the past 15 years, reports Luxury Property News.

Now, he’s bought one of the most historic plantations, covering an impressive 5,746 acres.
The estate boasts a 30-acre duck pond, 20-acre eagle lake and five miles of spring creeks.
In the main residence, there’s eight bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, with a manager’s house, several guest homes and a barn also on site.
Stepping inside, the home has a timeless design – simple, yet cosy.
Rustic oak wooden floors and ceilings bring a countryside feel to the property.
Outside, an al fresco dining area awaits, overlooking the luscious green grounds.
The estate, though, is centred around wildlife; with deers, turkeys and other animals calling the ranch their home.
It’s perfect for a spot of horseback riding, hunting and watersports.
The ranch, located in Decatur County, Georgia, US, is known as Southlands Plantation and was originally listed for $42.5m.
It’s been described as “the land ownership equivalent to owning an NFL team” and is believed to be one of the most expensive private land sales in the state’s history.
Paul, who allegedly earned $40m from the scrap, says it is a little bit bigger than what he wanted; but knew he had to buy it.
The Appalachian Mountains are only a stone’s throw away, with the small town of Bainbridge just down the road.
The estate, which appeared on TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, was listed with Jon Kohler & Associates.
