A former public toilet in Ramsgate, now a £110,000 mini bungalow with a courtyard, kitchenette and shower room, offers quirky charm and potential near the town centre.

An old car park toilet transformed into a mini bungalow has gone on sale for £110,000.

The “unique” building is close to the town centre and is now suitable for “residential use”.

The mini property has a kitchenette, a shower room, a living space and French doors leading to a 2.70m by 1.50m courtyard.

It has previously been used as a nail salon and office after it stopped being a public bog.

The building is being sold by Terence Painter Estate Agents, as reported by Luxury Property News.

The description reads: “The property has most recently been used as a pop-up events space, offices and a nail salon.

“The property might even be suitable as a live/work space, for residential use or as a take-away premises, subject to obtaining any necessary planning consents.
