Nestled on the south coast, with a population of just 1,500 and jaw-dropping scenery, is the charming fishing village of Polperro.

The Model Village was constructed back in the early 1950s, built to a scale of 1/24 as a replica of the area.

The spot has become a popular attraction in its own right, and is now looking for a new owner, as reported by Luxury Property News.
Pictures of the listing show the incredibly intricate indoor-outdoor model, showing a miniature version of the seaside village outside.
Sail boats drift down the ‘sea’ and beautiful cottages are dotted around the overlooking hillside.
There are even little model locals dotted around.
The space also includes a model railway, and ‘Land Of Legend’ – an area providing insight into Cornish folklore derived from tales of pirates and smugglers in the 19th century.
The attraction is said to draw in thousands of visitors a year, with the current prices being £4 for adults, £3 for children and £3.50 for seniors.
Located in the heart of Polperro, the model village comes with a three-bedroom home with a sun terrace to soak in the popular summer months.
A door leads into the owner’s accommodation alongside the model village, which comprises two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a cosy living room to kick back and relax after a long day of welcoming visitors to the attraction.
