An empty beach hut is selling for £150,000 which is the same price as a terraced house in the area.
The green, corrugated metal shack on a sandy beach is 12ft 4inch by 10ft.
It does have a balcony and a curtained off changing area.
But there is no seating or kitchenette.

It is located on Porth Mawr beach, in Abersoch, Gwynedd, north Wales, as reported by Luxury Property News.
It is listed with estate agent Beresford Adams.
It reads: “Fantastic opportunity to acquire a modern freehold bathing hut on this renowned beach in Abersoch.

“This is a modern constructed hut built some four years ago lying about 200 yards towards the Yacht club end of the beach from Footprints Café down Golf Road.
“The hut lies along the sand dunes just slightly set back from the front line huts, enjoying magnificent views across Cardigan Bay to the Moorings and the St Tudwals Islands.
“The hut measures 12′ 4” x 10′ internally with a small mezzanine storage area and a changing cubicle.

“A timber Balcony 11′ x 6′ 9” with double wooden door entry.”
There is currently a two-bed house in nearby Pwllheli for £149,950.
The average price of a terraced house in Gwynedd is £158,000, according to the Office for National Statistics.

The Porth Mawr beach has been battered by storms in recent years which has taking its toll on some of the exposed wooden shacks.
Abersoch has been dubbed Cheshire-by-the-Sea because of its attraction to visitors from the country – popular with Premier League footballers.
