An architectural firm is using artificial intelligence to design a property estate including six ultra-luxury villas.
The plan by London-based, Studio Tim Fu, is reportedly set to be the first fully AI-driven project of its kind in the world.
With a picturesque backdrop of an emerald green lake, the estate spans over 22,000 sq ft.

The dreamy location will become home to six futuristic villas that will each have four bedrooms.
And there will be a communal park at the centre to encourage community spirit, as reported by Luxury Property News.
The project is located at Lake Bled in Slovenia and was commissioned by a local philanthropist.
Every aspect of the design is a combination of human creativity and cutting-edge AI.
The local landscape has also been taken into consideration, such as the protected cultural monument, Villa Epos, which was built in 1909.
The owner of the studio, Tim Fu, believes AI will allow architects to focus on more human-centric designs instead of reducing human involvement.
“We’re at a crossroads,” he said.
“A moment of profound change.
“AI is igniting a revolution in design.
“By tapping into the creative potential of machine intelligence, we can bring this groundbreaking development to life with unmatched speed and precision.”
Rada Daleva, project lead at Studio Tim Fu, added: “This is the first time AI has been this extensively embedded in the architectural process, from prototyping design to optimising for heritage and environment.”
The company has also unveiled how you can use ChatGPT prompts to come up with design ideas.
In a recent Instagram post, the studio asked the bot to design “a series of evenly spaced ellipses along two separate circular curves” with “tear-shaped geometry”.
The result was shocking – with viewers calling it “amazing” and “perfect”.
