A one-bed flat being sold for £55,000 has been mocked because the current tenant is ASLEEP inside.
The pokey pad has one bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom.
The cooking area is full of mess, with a cloth on the floor and a pan on the stove and washing up on the counter.

But in one of the property snaps, the man who currently lives there, is in the single bed.
Ironically, the estate agent states it has a “tenant currently situated” in it.
They add they “do not have any intentions to move out.”
But he is then not in the bed in the next three photographs.
Homehunters were quick to poke fun at the hilarious photo of the flat in Borough Road, Sunderland.
It is being sold by Let Property and advertised on Rightmove, as reported on Luxury Property News.
Amy Alby said: “Enjoying my favourite pastime, having a browse through Rightmove.
“They’ve actually added photos of a property with someone still asleep in bed.”
Carla added: “Reminds me of viewing my second year uni house back in the day.
“And opening a bedroom and two people asleep.”
Andy Knox joked: “Obviously the tenant couldn’t be a*sed to tidy up the day the photographer arrived.
“It’ll be in the market for some time I’d guess.”
Another quipped: “Gives it that lived in look.”
The listing reads: “Our latest listing is a one bedroom flat located in Sunderland.
“It is in close proximity to valuable amenities, is able to generate rewarding rental returns and has a tenant currently situated.
“For investors looking to expand their portfolio, this is a fantastic opportunity.”
They said the rental income is currently £6,000.
It adds: “The current tenants have lived in the property for several years and have consistently paid their rent for the duration of their stay.
“They do not have any intentions to move out so hope to remain in the property.”
Let Property has been approached for comment.
